College Examination

In each class there will be Half-yearly, Annual / Test Examinations to be promoted to the next higher class or to be sent up for C.H.S.E. or University examination a student has to pass in the College Examination, a student absenting himself from any of these examination her mark for that will be treated as zero. It depends on the discretion of the Principal whether to impose fine on the absentee or to exempt her in special circumstances.

Principles of promotion in college examinations shall be decided from time to time by the staff council.

Any misconduct or infringement of examination discipline will make a student liable for either detention or restriction. The student who will be detained in the Exam. shall have to appear in one more special examination for being considered to be sent up for the second examination.

* Half-yearly Examination - 2 nd week of December
* Annual Examination - 2 nd week of April
* Test Examination - 2 nd week of December

N.B. : Monthly Examination on all subject during the class. All University / Council Examinations shall be conduct as per the programmes communicated by them from time to time.

ATTENDANCE OF LECTURERS A student is required to attend at least 75% of the General lecturers and 75% of the practical classes to appear at the C.H.S.E. / University Examinations.
Condonation of attendance between 60% and 75% may be granted on exceptional cases.
